 978-318-1400 extension 7690

Be prepared to provide the following information when leaving your message:

• Student first name
• Student last name
• Year of Graduation
• Date of absence
• Reason for absence*

*If your student is ill please call the Health Office at 978-341-2932 or email (lkoski@concordcarlisle.org or kdecapua@concordcarlisle.org) with specific illness information.
