Reminder – Any student interested in playing a spring sport must register on familyid.com and have a valid physical on file in the nurse’s office prior to beginning of practices on 3/21/2016.

Please donate white classroom chalk to a dropbox near the main office, in the dinning commons, and by the gymnasiums for Interact Club’s LET’S TALK CHALK DRIVE for students at St. Andrew’s School of Ngong, Cameroon. The drive ends March 12, so donate your chalk today! For more information, please contact dpietropaolo17@concordps.org or lbackerman16@concordps.org.

All students who plan to participate in a school spring sport must have a physical examination annually. The physical must be done and a copy of it must be on file with the health office. This needs to be done prior to participation in the sport, which includes practice and tryouts. All physical exams by Massachusetts State Law are only valid for 13 months from the date of the exam. Students who have a valid physical exam at the start of the season and the expiration date occurs during the season, become ineligible to participate on the date of expiration.

Make a difference in March! Time to kick off the CCHS Terracyling Spring campaign. We are collecting clean cereal bag liners and shiny energy and granola bar wrappers. Locations for the Terracycling bins are outside the MARC room 425, inside the Rivers room on the third floor, on the second floor near the learning commons, and in the cafeteria. Look for the tall yellow bins for cereal liner bags and white bins for shiny energy. Help us reach our goal and collect 1,200 cereal bag liners and 2,500 shiny energy bar wrappers, so that every student at CCHS has helped. All proceeds will go to Charitywater.org and provide clean drinking water to people in developing countries. EFSG, Priscilla Guiney, Peter Nichol and Nora Murphy
