President's Volunteer Service Award Application

The Young Adult and Teen President's Volunteer Service Awards are given by the President of the United States to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding volunteer service and civic participation over the course of a 12 month period. The 2Volunteer Committee at CCHS is a designated certifying organization.

This award is a self-nominating process. You should direct any questions about the award to 2Volunteer. All service must be documented and verifiable. You must fill out the reflection portion of this application. Your age at the time of service will determine whether you receive a Teen award or a Young Adult award. To qualify for a Teen award you must be under 16 at the time of your service. Be sure you enter your date of birth correctly.

Please note that applicants are responsible for monitoring their CCHS email accounts for any notification and/or questions from 2Volunteer about their applications.
