Gaining Ground is now recruiting for the 2024 High School Farm Team, a group of high school-aged youth who volunteer on the farm on Wednesday and Saturday mornings during the summer. Team members are teenagers (ages 14-18) who enjoy working outdoors regardless of weather, have an interest in gardening, farming and/or food justice work, and wish to learn more about food security efforts in Massachusetts. Interested youth are encouraged to fill out this questionnaire. Members do not have to commit for the entire summer or all volunteering days – they can join whenever they are available. We do ask for a minimum commitment of 6 volunteering sessions over the course of the summer. Thank you in advance for your help in spreading the word about this service opportunity!
