Looking for musicians….Great opportunity to honor Civil War veterans and get a few community service hours!  June 16, 2019 at 2:00 pm we are rededicating the Melvin Memorial in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery following it’s restoration. Originally dedicated on June 161909 it honors 3 brother who died during the Civil War and was carved by Daniel Chester French who also did the Minuteman in Concord and the seated Lincoln in Washington.  We expect family members from around the country from both the Melvin and French families and many other people associated with the memorial to attend.  We are hoping to have Taps and Reveille played as they were at the original celebration.  Please contact Tish Hopkins with any question THopkins@Concordma.gov Thank You!
