TONIGHT, FRIDAY 5:30 at Planet Gymnastics in Acton the PCCL team will be competing in a quad meet against Acton-Boxboro, Groton-Dunstable, and Westford Academy!  Please come and cheer on our team!

Students will start second semester on Tuesday, January 26 with an 8-period schedule.  A2, B2, C1, G2, D2, E2, F2, H2.

2nd Semester Schedules will be ready after 4:00 TODAY, Friday January 22:  Students should view their schedule on the Aspen/X2 portal by choosing Terms 34. Please print your schedule or download it to your phone so you have it available at the start of the new semester.

An Important Message from Principal Badalament – Thank you to all who have entered their students cell phone number through the parent portal. Student cell phone numbers can be entered as new or updated at anytime throughout the year. Within 48 hours upon entering, your student will receive a welcome text message from 231-77 (Concord Schools) with an OPT OUT option. Please encourage your student NOT to opt out, as we will use texting as our primary means of communicating emergency instructions in the event of a critical incident.

There’s still time to audition for next year’s Select Vocal Ensembles!  Students may make an appointment for the week after midterms.  Please schedule appointments directly with Ms. Smith via email.

On Wednesday, February 3, there is a meeting for all boys interested in playing varsity or JV tennis for CCHS in 2016. The meeting will run from 2:30-3:00 in Room 332.

The new date for the BookPALS visit to the Everett School is Wednesday, February 3. See Dr. Cicchetti in the Learning Commons for more information, and for a permission slip. Students without a signed permission slip will not be allowed to participate.

The Center for Parents and Teachers announces its SATURDAY SEMINAR  January 30, 2016 (please hold snow date of Feb 6, 2016)  from 10 AM to 3 PM Barney Brawer will faciliate a presentation on “Making Something Better Happen: The Negotiation of Power and Control in Schools and Families” This lively and engaging workshop will provide educators, parents, and other interested adults with new skills to make something better happen when interpersonal systems (families, classrooms, schools, day care settings, etc.) get “stuck” around complex problems and, despite good intentions, keep repeating ineffective responses.  Pre-registration is required.
