Freshman English CP offers greater teacher support for students whose writing skills—including mechanics, grammar, and sentence/paragraph structure—are still developing. Additional emphasis is placed on teaching students to develop academic and interpersonal skills in order to become more productive and independent learners.
Evaluation: Evaluation is based on class participation, quizzes, tests, projects, written compositions, and two exams.
