Fairyland Town Forest Walks
The Hapgood Wright Town Forest across Walden Street from CCHS is also called Fairyland, the name given to it by Ralph Waldo Emerson’s children. It is a short stroll from the high school, so we have spend many afternoons exploring the natural world there, sometimes on our own, and sometimes with local scientific experts like Bryan Windmiller, Dick Walton, Amber Carr, and Dan Wells.
